Policy
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please note the following:
• Items must be in pristine, unworn & unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
• Products with removed, altered, or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Orders are processed within [1–2] days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes [3-6 business days], depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
* If you'd like to receive your order before the 5 day mark, kindly Dm us on @gratiae.eg or email us on gratiae.eg@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it happen.
* Refunds & Exchanges must be made immediately at the time of delivery, while the courier is present. Once the courier leaves, no exchange or refund requests will be accepted.
* Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect item.
